Hope y’all are well today. I was going through my camera roll and I think I want to turn this hill of mushrooms into a little village in Blender. 🍄
A gently sloping hill is covered with autumn leaves in red, yellow and orange. Poking up from the ground in various spots are a few dozen mushrooms. Some are just emerging, so they are just short shoots poking through the ground. Others are at their full height, six or seven inches out of the ground, caps unfurled into broad circles that look like great canopies for tiny life to hide beneath from the cold, late autumn rain. Here again is our hill of mushrooms, but from a different angle. In this picture there is a large rock amid the field of mushrooms. Its dark grey and angled edges a sharp contrast to the white stalks and pale yellows and oranges of the mushroom caps.

I do read, not my favorite thing to do. But the complaint I get, "not a real writer if you don't read."

Eh, not true. I like writing. I wanted to write stories. So, one day, I can turn them into animated short films in Blender. Simple as that. :P.

I’m getting a bit of encouragement lately to progress my 2D animation workflow between Blender and Tahoma2D in 2026. I’m thankful for all the warm wishes and solid advice, and I want you guys to know that I make my 2D short films from a place of passion and heart. If I could make them better I will.

can still find short and long term memories, occasionally with long waits mid-convo while i search old indexes, but that's as much on my brain in the blender epilepsy as on covid, the damage is similar, as are the solutions
