I subscribed to SketchBox to help pull me away from the screen every now and then, sometimes I just need a break from digital. The red and black just made sense, so I drew Xander as a demon. #ink #demon #redink

Meadow-strolling required a bit of hand-holding due to uneven ground, obviously.
Picnic packed up hours ago.
I took my sketchbox but was so entranced by the view that I forgot to draw.
Now we are home and blissfully exhausted yet oddly energized.

And yes, let's have an amble, shall we?
We could take a picnic lunch along. And my sketchbox! I think perhaps I'd like to try my hand at capturing some of the local flora. I'm feeling rather creative!

And so the third was each issue had to use a new set of artistic tools from a new Sketchbox subscription box. I think with the fourth issue that became most apparent as not only did the form of the issue change but the function as it was a full on adventure.

Each issue needed to be its own artistic and design challenge. That really started with the third issue fully where I picked up the contents of one of my Sketchbox subscriptions and made that a design constraint. It is one of only three self imposed constraints for the magazine.
