Another country signing the Artemis Accords? Cool. So, 60 countries agreeing on norms... but how do we *quantify* "safe space exploration?" Asking for a friend (it's me, I'm the friend). #ArtemisAccords #SpaceLaw #DataAnalysis #SpaceExploration

Due to my reading disorder everything after “following” didn’t make sense becisde “suspending Link” would only make sense in the context of Link from Zelda using his Hookshot.

Took a half minite to process that Bluesky suspended SpaceLaw Link for talking about Bluesky because … WTF?
Suspending Link after he pointed out the how following Jonathan Chait after being accused of transphobia does not allow you to beat the transphobia allegations. In fact, it does the opposite.

To be clear: suspending Link was certainly a choice. And we know what KIND of choice it is.
so now link is suspended with no email

The Man Who Owns the MOON: Genius or Scammer of the Century?
Ever dreamed of telling your friends you own a beachfront property on the Sea of Tranquility? For less than $30, one man says he can make that happen. Meet Dennis Hope, the cosmic landlord who looked at the 1967 Outer Space Treaty, found a galaxy-sized legal loophole, and declared himself the owner of the Moon. And Mars. And Venus. And he's been selling it piece by piece for forty years. This is the unbelievable true story of the Lunar Embassy, the company that has sold Moon real estate to over 6 million people, including celebrities and two former US Presidents. But is your lunar property deed a brilliant investment or just the most expensive piece of paper you'll ever own? We're diving headfirst into the murky world of space law to find out. Join us as we unravel how this audacious claim to extraterrestrial real estate has survived for decades, despite legal experts calling it a worthless novelty gift. Is Dennis Hope a visionary entrepreneur who outsmarted the United Nations, or is this the most brilliant, long-running scam in modern history? We'll explore the psychology, the legality, and the sheer audacity of the man who sells hope for a living. The answer will change the way you look at the night sky. Ready to find out if your acre on the Moon is legit? Hit play, and if this story makes you question everything, share it with your most ambitious friend. Don't forget to follow and leave a 5-star review to help us claim our corner of the podcast universe!

The MOON is a Gas Station. And It's About to OPEN for Business.
What if the greatest treasure hunt in human history isn't buried on Earth, but scattered in plain sight on the Moon? Forget the old black-and-white photos; the Moon is back, and it's looking like a trillion-dollar jackpot. In this episode, we're diving into the new Moon Rush. We'll reveal how ancient asteroid impacts have peppered the lunar surface with over a trillion dollars' worth of platinum group metals, just waiting to be dug up. But the real prize, the resource that will change everything, is even simpler: water ice, frozen in the permanent shadows of polar craters. Why is water the new space gold? Because water is rocket fuel. The Moon isn't just a destination anymore; it's the gas station for the entire solar system. But this cosmic gold rush has a dark side. We're heading into a lawless frontier with no international rules, a true Wild West in space. Are we about to unlock a new era of prosperity for Earth, or trigger the first off-world conflict over priceless resources? This isn't science fiction. This is the new space economy, and the first land grab is happening now. Hit play to get the full briefing on humanity's next giant leap. After you listen, join the debate: should we mine the moon for its riches, or preserve it as a scientific treasure?
