破廉恥なアニメと安易に説明されがちな作品ですけど、本作の「女性の性」は「女性が主体的になって自分の性を表現・実行する」描写になっており、リップスティック・フェミニズムを体現しているのかも…。こんな滅茶苦茶でも性の権利（SRHR）を貫くことはできる。たぶんできる。

緊急避妊薬は「性交後少しでも早く服用することで高い避妊効果が期待できる」という特性があるため、市販化が求められてきたのです。

今回承認された「ノルレボ錠」の市販化は、すべての人のSRHRを尊重する社会への大きな一歩。ただし、あらゆる人にとってのアクセスのしやすさを確保するにはまだまだ懸念も残ります。

一人ひとりの権利が守られる社会を目指して、これからも一緒に声をあげていきましょう。

今回、画期的だった点は？
購入に年齢制限がなく、未成年でも親の同意なしで緊急避妊薬にアクセスできるようになったこと。
とくに未成年においては、
・保護者に知られることを恐れて受診をためらう
・性的虐待などの理由から保護者への相談が困難
などのケースもあるため、こうしたルールが定められることは重要です。
MEMO：今後始まる薬局などでの販売では、専門の研修を受けた薬剤師から対面で薬に関する説明を受けること、また薬剤師の目の前で服用することが義務付けられます。

「自分の身体は自分で決める」
今回承認された「ノルレボ錠」のOTC化は、すべての人のSRHRを尊重する社会への大きな一歩です。
ただし、販売価格の高さ（2023年11月からの試験販売時には7,000～9,000円程度）など、あらゆる人にとってのアクセスのしやすさを確保するにはまだまだ懸念も残ります。
一人ひとりの権利が守られる社会を目指して、これからも一緒に声をあげていきましょう。

もしも性暴力の被害にあってしまったら
①まずは身の安全の確保
その場から逃げる、警察に電話するなど、まずは身の安全を最優先にしてください。
②証拠を残す
シャワーを浴びたり、着ていた服を捨ててしまったりすると、重要な証拠が失われる可能性があります。警察に届け出るかを決めていない場合でも、なるべく証拠を保全するようにしてください。
※もし捨ててしまったとしてもご自身を責めないでください。ワンストップ支援センターや警察に相談することで、「次にとるべき行動」についてアドバイスしてもらうこともできます。
③ワンストップ支援センターに電話
電話で状況を伝えると、「次にとるべき行動」を教えてもらえます。緊急避妊薬が必要なケースでは、公費による助成を受けられる場合があります。また、医療的支援や心理的支援、警察への届け出のサポートなども受けられます。

その避妊成功率はどのくらい？

ペニス用コンドーム約87％
低用量ピル約93％
IUD／ミレーナ約99％
膣用コンドーム約79％
避妊方法としてはペニス用コンドームの使用が8割を占める日本。安価で手に入りやすく性感染症予防にも効果的ですが、避妊率の観点から見ると決して完璧なわけではありません。

インプラント約99％
避妊リング約93％
避妊注射約96％

殺精子剤／ジェル約79-86％

日本で今選べるもの以外にも、世界には様々な避妊方法が存在しています。
それぞれのメリットやデメリットを知った上で、自分にあった方法を組み合わせるなどしながら自分自身で選択できることが重要です。

9月28日は「安全な中絶の日」
ですが、日本における妊娠中絶の状況も課題が山積みです。
・中絶費用が非常に高額
・原則として配偶者の同意（サイン）が必要
・いまだに、WHOが時代遅れとする掻爬法が使われる場合もある
2023年にようやく日本でも経口避妊薬の認可がおりましたが、まだまだ誰もが安全な中絶へアクセスできる社会のあり方からは程遠い現状があります。

SRHRが守られる社会にしていくことは、ジェンダー平等な社会に近づくことでもあります。
