**1. 서론** 고체 핵자기 공명 (Solid-state Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, ssNMR) 분광법은 고체 물질의 구조, 조성, 동적 특성 분석에 강력한 도구로 활용되고 있다. 특히 역방향 박리 크로마토그래피 (Reverse Phase Liquid Chromatography, RPLC)로 분리된 다성분 혼합물의 분석은 제약, 식품, 재료 과학 분야에서 중요한 응용 가치를 지닌다. 그러나 고체 ssNMR은 샘플의 낮은 감도, 넓은 선폭, 복잡한 스핀 네트워크 등으로 인해 분석의 어려움을 겪는다. 본 연구는 펄스 필드 그라디언트 (Pulse Field Gradient, pFG) 기술을 활용하여 RPLC 분리된 다성분 혼합물의 ssNMR 분석을 위한 새로운 동적 위상 변화 모델링 전략을 제시한다.

We published on a method to collect two experiments at once in my grad lab for MAS SSNMR: acquiring an afterglow spectrum (like 2D NCO or 3D NCOCX) after first collecting a standard 2D NCA or 3D NCACX using the residual nitrogen magnetization. Neat method to get a "free" spectrum

In this paper we describe how we used in-situ illumination during #ssNMR to probe photochemical processes. This is enabled by a modified MAS NMR probe from Bruker Biospin @brukercorporation.bsky.social in which a light fiber enables sample irradiation using a LED light source. ….

I met Jean-Paul 8 years ago in France 🇫🇷 where he told me he doubted that A. fumigatus cell wall did not contain any B1,6-glucan🤷 (random conversation)

Now we have shown it! ssNMR to the rescue👌
