Megaman Starforce 3 is a game about a beloved billionaire known for adopting a thousand orphans apparently no one kept track of because he sent them on terrorism missions and they died except for the one who ran away and became a cop with a robot dog. The billionaire everyone loves looks like this

Boosting for those in different timezone.
I feel like they really listened to a lot of feedback because there are a lot of changes in the sequel to MegaMan Starforce. Still not perfect but still has some parts to like and sets the stage for the triumphant conclusion of the trilogy

I think a great storyline would be the federation deciding that starfleet spends more time fight then they do exploring so create starforce, a standing army to fight on starfleets behalf so they can focus on science, this starts an internal debate in starfleet about whether a dedicated army is good.
