Great news for the #StopKillingGames campaign. Signatures are looking good. A ton already verified with only 3 % being discarded so far. Two biggest countries still to be counted. Everything points to the EU Initiative going through.

Does physical exist anymore? Modern games need to always be connected to internet to use or they are a device to allow you to play/dl from server.I feel we are heading into a dark era of gaming and too many people are happily aiding

Update on #StopKillingGames: The successful UK petition will result in a parliament debate on November 3rd:
Petition: Prohibit publishers irrevocably disabling video games they have already sold
The government should update consumer law to prohibit publishers from disabling video games (and related game assets / features) they have already sold without recourse for customers to retain or repair them. We seek this as a statutory consumer right.

Estos "expertos" de videojuegos diciendo que poner Silksong a 20 euros es casi peor que poner los juegos a 80 euros, que básicamente va a sentar un precedente malísimo y tal... Son los mismos que cuando salió la propuesta #StopKillingGames la rechazaban, ¿no?

Though I guess (unless perhaps they are successfully forced to do that by an initiative like #StopKillingGames www.stopkillinggames.com) it's very unlikely "AAA"-publishers will generally ever allow that as that would likely bypass the microtransactions,… these publishers unfortunately love to push.

I 100% support this as well. I really hope #stopkillinggames gets the support it needs. If you live in the EU please sigh this.
