I've built one of these plastic bin shelters, they're very easy! I have an additional tip: get a multipack of mylar emergency blankets (aka space blankets) and some sheets of foamcore presentation board. Cut the boards down to fit along the sides of the bin, under the lid, and under the styrofoam, 🧵

I only recently found out that you’re not supposed to microwave the styrofoam cup noodles, and I only found out because I saw the “now in a microwaveable paper cup” version. So no, I’m not really worried about seed oils.

As God intended, 👩🔬, a beverage in an insulated cup. It's one reason we're in Idaho, after discarding my well-used styrofoam cup on the way into the Maverik in Orland, CA, and finding them, and then the Maverik in Andersen, had both, finally complied with the CA law. So, we'll bring a dozen back.😁

When you buy beef online, it's mailed to you in a box, in a styrofoam container, with dry ice. Some brands are better than others. the majority of it comes from Oklahoma & Kansas where the big processing factories are. It's getting harder & harder to buy local raised Beef. bsky.app/profile/fran...
I wind up sharing the canned meats I get at the food bank(s) I have to go to, even when there isn't a shutdown or cutoff of SNAP. To get the MEDICAL HELP I needed, I went on disability, & only get $1340 a Month, and $23 in SNAP when times are 'good.'
