First Parkrun "Pacer" week at Nova Prestatyn, and I was aiming for a sub-29 minute 5km time so tried to keep the chap with 28 on his back in my sights... official time 28:57, fastest 5km in 15 years, and fastest ever age-graded run at 50.55%, so well chuffed with that!
