I hope Alexander replaces him for the time being to keep that push going. Alexander was a top tag wrestler too, doesn’t have loads of direction and is behind Fletcher, Okada, Takeshita and now Andrade. Could be a great fill in for now.

i chose to make up some bullshit in my head about Billy and Austin both being tag team specialists with a natural chemistry as partners, making them a "Beverly Brothers against the Legion of Doom" level issue for Fletch Fletcher and Takeshita. as a wrestling fan this is a fun thing to do.
I was also curious why 2026 Billy Gunn was going 50-50 with Kyle Fletcher and Konosuke Takeshita tbh. It's bizarre, which is Dave's point.
