#taskbar
Had to use a bit of C# for this one to handle mouse click passthrough. Making a little Desktop Village idler game.

I love being able to see a written battery percentage in the taskbar now - so much easier to read at a glance

"It feels kind of cold, let's check the temperature at the computer's taskbar"
"Football ⚽"
"Thank you Windows, very cool"

I hate Windows 11 WDYM you attached fucking TEAMS to the taskbar

this is a problem

Am I odd for turning off the transparency on my taskbar/windows? Older versions of Windows peaked with their transparency theme and I just don't find it as appealing on Windows so I turned it off. :p

the feeling when discord flashes on the taskbar and you have to check eighteen different tabs trying to figure out who emoji-reacted

Usar taskbar oculta é traço de psicopatia

Really pisses me off that I can't shrink the taskbar in windows 11, like, at least make this adjustable, it's so needlessly massive by default

Also I have questions :

Why are there so many icon?
Why are they all overlapping?

WHY IS THE TASKBAR AT THE TOP?!

For years, I've not had a Windows PC without Voidtools' Everything pinned as the first program on my taskbar, so that pressing Win+1 always opens up an actual functional and efficient search.

:(. Well at least they added back (an option) to see seconds to the taskbar clock flyout. Maybe proper small icons will come back next.

Ouch, looked at your profile popup. The Windows taskbar/start menu/store apps has basically destroyed my life for the last decade. If you're really 'working' on them howbout programming them to WORK, not to keep screwing up? Jesus you people at Microsoft. Great programs, terrible human relations.

so professionally multilingual I pinned character map to my taskbar

You know what I'd *love*?

Instead of pumping money into AI and marketing pre-existing things now as AI, that tech companies would,

you know,

put money into things like

not having my PC disconnect my bluetooth devices randomly,

or create a stable Taskbar.

You know.

Actually helpful shit.

passei a tarde mexendo no nobara. tem potencial. o davinci abre super rápido mas não funciona. simplesmente crasha na edit page

teclado tem a coisa irritante de sair um ć invés de ç e fiquei muito tempo procurando layouts

volta e meia a taskbar e a desktop congelam e preciso reiniciar

Lol I only use Win 11 at work and my organisation has it set to the left by default. For once they made a great move
With the desktop icons generally being aligned to the left, a left taskbar just makes sense :D

Why is the taskbar at the top?!

The taskbar skin seemed to conflict with my graphics card driver. But still pretty rad.

this is Microsoft’s new “Ask Copilot” feature on the Windows 11 taskbar. If you enable this optional feature it will replace the Windows search bar on the taskbar, but you’ll still be able to access Windows search from the Start menu. Microsoft is now testing this with Dev Channel insiders
