Anyone who's ever worked with a pre-k and early childhood education teacher will see them literally get down on the floor with the kids daily, being a leader, but also a guide and a friend. This is a BIG step away from a command structure and more towards a school

Agree he’s among the best in some aspects, a true leader of men & teacher… but tactics, use of personnel, I don’t agree with quite a few things.
But HuGo have much to do.. great talent infusion & good contracts, but tough part is finalizing roster.
Lacking size, grit & defensive acumen all over.
