The one place I've found people who actually understood and cared was a womens' CSA survivors support group: the kind TERFs are virulently opposed to us being allowed in. I was the first Trans women to join, and it helped me so much.

It's impossible for TERFs to understand because they've bought into patriarchal ideals that bodily autonomy threatens. It's motivated reasoning, effectively: if bodily autonomy was good, then everything they believe is a lie, so bodily autonomy must be bad. Everything else is justifications for that

Body autonomy should be sacred. Allow people to live their lives on their terms. I don't understand why that's so hard for TERFs to understand.
