I remember in high school I spent a day moving a load of dirt with my dad from the driveway to the back of the house, and then next day threw 6 solid innings.

1.5 hours of pure pain and self loathing. Turns out skate skiing is NOT like riding a bike and my body did NOT remember. 60+ yr olds were flying by me (uphill).
