- Bruker did a full calibration remotely (didn't help)
- I connected the CaptiveSpray Ultra to the other TimsTof Pro with the other nanoElute and the same effect so it is not the MS and not LC
The problem is most probably in ITI or the whole CaptiveSpray source.

I will flag a small warning. We’ve started having issues with our TimsTOF on our DDM samples. Appears to accumulate but issue is less apparent if there is sufficient high organic wash after the gradient. Not completely clear yet if it is DDM itself that is the problem. Everything goes on-column.

Steinberg - in pilot have short read and long read (ONT) from a subset of tumors to see what is gained. Many short-read assemblies are lacking in long-read assemblies. In long-read see very diverse splicing events. Compared to proteomics timsTOF Ultra DIA MS proteomics. #MSKDevOnc #MSKkids

#teammassspec what do you use for processing TimsTOF TMT data? I am using MQ normally, but... with the recent dataset, it's giving me some errors in "writing tables" which I can't overcome.

This is where leases can be handy. Our TimsTOF Flex is $188k/year. Before service plan ($60k) I know this things costs me $500/day sitting here. JHU estimates an LCMS depreciates to $0 value in 7 years. I base any project math off of those starting points. 10um brain slice IMS is 24 hrs - $500 min
