alright here's a thread. skincare: if you're new start with basics. laroche posay purifying cleanser, the opaque gel. paula's choice balancing toner. day cerave 30 spf moisturizing lotion, night cerave purple night cream. mostly available at cvs, a simple routine base helps identify problems

all the options i have tried so far to achieve ash-blonde hair without follicle damage (i.e. without toner) have resulted in Allergy. i really want blonde hair but i don't want to hurt my body to achieve it

Kun hvis det går galt. Hvis der ikke sker noget, vil vi aldrig kende årsagen. Men jeg hæfter mig nu ved at den tyske efterretningstjeneste også advarer om at en krig med Rusland kan komme meget snart. Så tror mere det er dele af pressen som toner det ned.

I've got to pack for holiday today. I hate packing. And unpacking. But tomorrow I've got to take Dad to hospital and Tuesday I've decided to bite the bullet and get my hair done properly. Roots, highlights, toner, cut and dry, the lot. I hate the hairdressers too. I'm going to be brave though.

Becoming invaluable at work isn’t hard, you just have to become the master of printers and copiers. Everyone hates dealing with that shit, and it’s incredibly easy to learn on YT.
