i dont understand the hype? its literally just the tr-8s with a prettier case and an added sampler? like u could get the 404mkii and the tr8s for less than half as much money and be able to do more shit cuz of all the 404 stuff

Looks good! I have a Circuit Tracks and had a TR8S on my wishlist back when I was in my live techno phase. I eventually made the decision to stick to DJing, but the desire to do live techno is always just beneath the surface.

Ok, so after checking the stuff I have and don't need/use/replace. I will sell the Digitakt 1, the Digitone 1, the Microfreak, the TR8S, and the Monolouge. Making my collection from 12 to 7 synths.

Current studio set up. I write the melodic parts on the octatrack sequencer and drum parts on the tr8. Everything out through octatrack fx and into the sp404 for looping and fx.

You can do so much with the 707... you wouldn't even need the tr8s and that. I've seen a wizard of the 707 live many times. Amazing machine and amazing artist.
