Here's a couple more screenshots as well as the trimsheet used for my Sci-Fi corridor project.

I made a modular kit of my corridor assets in Maya then made my very first trimsheet texture to try and optimize my scene.

My first trimsheet, structurally inaccurate lego blocks & weird colors but I'll take it for now XD. All done in Blender (4.2/4.5) & Ucupaint.

Here is that breakdown on the paintings I promised! Made the frames as trimsheet elements and included the canvas textures on the same atlas, Currently keeping everything at 512 pixels / meter, loads of spare room but much more wall deco to make aswell!

UVs on the top don't need to line up since that's going to be a different, non-trimsheet material anyways. But the underside should be continuous. #godot #road #addon

one of uses for this is you can bake a bunch of stuff onto a plane to make a trimsheet atlas. floaters themselves can be ucupaint materials too of course

try as i might, i cannot get blender 4+ workflow to be half as usable for my trimsheet'd stuff, as 2.79. pure agony because the modern view is useful to see the end result but it's absolute ass to work in. :C no trimsheet addons powerful enough 4 me either #b3d

Has anyone ever attempted to make a tool in Unity that can generate a simple trimsheet for hotspotting from a base texture?
And, lets imagine, a sliced edge mask...?

Because I am and I'm getting there but it feels like this should be a solved problem 🤔

Couldn't find a solution to splice multiple materials into a single trimsheet, so I made my own in Godot.

I can then save each texture to their own map (albedo, normal, etc.)

This was a fun mini-project, and I can release the source code if this would be a help to others!

Today I decided to rush out some small scatterable environment assets. I got 24 done. they're all bound to the same trimsheet. I have other 6 modeled but they don't fit in that TSheet, so I will get them done tomorrow.

Latest project I've been working on is a prompt challenge in @friendadev.bsky.social's discord for a hallway using at least one trimsheet. I decided to do a hallway from the Truth and Reconciliation ship. It's still #WIP but imo looking pretty good so far!
