I wrote up my own (no spoiler) review of Mickey 17 in which I admit, in public, in this review, to being an early Twitter adopter, a two-month TwiHard, and a 2003 American Idol forum lurker.
Mickey Barnes struggles to reconcile inside himself the parts cowed by trauma and those with spitfire and fists. This mirrors the struggle among American factions: those who will surrender to the Kenneth and Ylfa Marshalls of our world and those who will fight, even if it means we go down swinging.
Mickey 17 is Bong Joon-ho's heartfelt satire about choosing to fight when the world beats you down

Believe it or not, we've sold over 6 times as many tickets this year compared to last. And here's a fun fact: the average ticket holder is traveling about 150 miles or 2.5 hours to join us. That’s almost double the travel distance from last year, where the average was around 80 miles.

omg josh it was such a cool day, twilight marathon at the most beautiful historic cinema that i work at, we made mushroom pasta and i made brownies covered in edible glitter 🤣 and margaritas covered in edible glitter! twihard for LIFE!!!!!!
