Hoping this reaches the folks I'm trying to reach, some of the Siivagunner Rippers & Composers might know this.
Back when PlugDJ was still a thing when there was a TwitchPlaysPokemon PlugDJ.(2014) & Polybius Gaming I was the runner of it; we used to have meme nights and Slam Jam Mashup-a-thons.

Don't know much about twitch, but my best guess would be to make the game in whatever engine you want, stream this, and use some kind of API from twitch as the "controller" inputs, like TwitchPlaysPokemon or DougDoug streams
