Is this big news in the Australian chemistry world Professor @schmidtim.bsky.social ?

Does it make a big difference to the Unimelb School of Chemistry?

Does this give Prof Uta Wille any bragging rights? 😃

Love seeing Australia’s #1 uni on #Bluesky! I spoke with the university’s communications team about this 10 months ago (just before I left), and they were still evaluating - so it’s great to see them jump to the “light” side. Welcome aboard, @unimelb.bsky.social! 💙🎉

It's been over 20 years now, but I still cringe at the thought that a senior academic at (the now defunct) School of Botany at UniMelb thought it a good idea to have Ian Plimer give a guest seminar to the cohort of Honours students🤮
