The notice informs the defendant, Prehn Moonwhisper, that a failure to pay rent trial originally scheduled for October 1, 2025, has been postponed to October 8, 2025, at 1:00 PM in Courtroom 412. A filed legal motion titled "Motion for Continuance / Postponement" from Housing Unlimited, Inc. The plaintiff's representative, Adam Pinchuck, requests to move the court date from October 1, 2025, to October 8, 2025, because he will be out of town for a Jewish holiday. Page 1 of a letter from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Philadelphia Office. Dated August 20, 2025, it is addressed to Prehn regarding inquiry number 846236. The letter states that HUD is administratively closing the housing discrimination complaint because the issues described do not constitute an illegal housing practice under the Fair Housing Act. Page 2 of the HUD letter. It informs the complainant of their right to file a civil lawsuit within two years and recommends contacting the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights. It is signed by the Intake Branch Chief, Region III, Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity.
