The place to look for problems is not big tech companies, but private companies at astounding valuations, private equity, private credit and venture capital.

Do the taxed assets include stock valuations? So many of the ultra rich have the majority of their wealth in stocks, giving them access to money, security, power, and influence, but we don't have a good way to tax that wealth until it gets used. We need to tax those assets as well.

The funny thing is most of wall street knows that this cannot be sustained yet they continue to sell it. If you trust the people relaying information and today's valuations, then by all means continue adding your retirement to this. I'll just sit on the sidelines right now and watch. Blood pressure!
