No. The Fairness Doctrine was narrowly constitutional for application to holders of broadcast licenses and merely required some airtime for diverse viewpoints. They did not have to be shown during the same program or even on the same day.

The best way you can influence using social media is through local networking and organizing. Sharing info and details is very helpful. It's enjoyable to have conversations and sometimes you might affect one or two people's viewpoints, but that's just gravy.
i think there are few good reasons to spend any significant amount of time on social media. i think "if i post enough, then i can #influence elon musk and jack posobiec" is one of the worst

Today I am thankful that I can't for the life of me figure out why anyone tolerates the bullshit coming from DC. Normally I try to understand different viewpoints, but there's really nothing there to be understood. It's all just chaos and hatefulness.

So, what that turns into is someone you believe to be a trusted source occasionally spouting fascist viewpoints. Instead of it being overt, it’s more covert and becomes more difficult for you to differentiate.
