In a healthier Horde/Alliance era (if there was such, but let's say somewhat healthier) people had no issue with the same dynamic. In Vol'jin: Shadows of the Horde, Tyrathan plays the Renzik role and is the deuteragonist, yet no one has ever complained about Alliance presence in a Vol'jin/Horde book
