Wrong. Open your eyes when you drive. The Federal government not only funds highways and transportation infrastructure, but set vehicle safety standards. There's a reason the Tesla WankPanzer is banned in the UK and the EU. Mandatory speed limiters is from EU law. Canada could do the same.
