⚡Konbarai! I finally achieved what I wanted to do and made spicy noodles! I was hoping to find rice cakes with cheese inside, but it isn't a thing apparently. The woodear didn't have a meatlike texture, but it still tasted great. The cheese brought it all together tho, it was bliss~

While my ability to eat meat limits a lot of what I can enjoy, it's been fun to make vegan/vegetarian dishes.
So far, my favorite Ramen dish is tonkotsu, but I can't have it anymore. It's been replaced with green tea noodles in onion broth, menma, woodear mushrooms, bok choy and abura-age. (1/2)
