I don’t understand why some people come into work (or office or a zoom meeting) hot as fish grease and ready to initiate or be in conflict, arguments, and drama. That’s just not my ministry.

Feeling PSYCHED today because I'm now off on paternity leave with 6.5 weeks. Planning to spend some quality time with my son before he turns 1, but obvs hoping to play a bunch of games, read some books, watch some TV/movies etc.
