Crime & Law in the Sunrise Strip (besides being a popular telly show) does not differ much from how it's commonly practiced in other pockets of the galaxy. Perhaps the most unique criminal activity to be found here surrounds water theft.

I'm 9,582 words into my 30k goal for the month, ive got Niamh negotiating with the Owens clan to be the distraction for their prison break. Next i think I need her to summon Death to figure out who exactly shes breaking out of prison. Its those little details that matter.

#Writevember WIP update: I made some very small edits to deal with repetitive word choice in a few key places.

As to what inspired my WIP, Fiore della Morte (Butterfly on a Wheel plus the upcoming The Stardust of Failure) were inspired by the sagas of my favorite rock bands of the 60s/70s. :)

Also, Made Mythical is inspired by modern Greek history, specifically the Greek Revolution.There's plenty of Ancient Greek inspired fantasy, so I wanted a story that felt closer to my lived experience and family.
