Cranked up the bike tension every 15 minutes to simulate some tough climbs 🚵♂️💥

My Take: I'm a huge proponent of them. Most of my workouts for the last decade have consisted of Zone 2 training. Get in, get out. Stress your muscles, but don't make it so you can't function the next two days.

penultimate mile that I intentionally ran way faster. I felt strong the whole way and had plenty left in the tank. The estimated VO2max keeps going up too. I’m very stoked about how well this experiment went and how my training the last month has unfolded. #running #training #Zone2Training (2/3)
