3. Information We Collect
Without an account
If you use Bushdrum without creating an account, we collect only anonymous analytics data (via Google Analytics) if you have given consent. We do not collect any personally identifiable information from anonymous visitors.
With an account
When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and provider ID (Google, Apple, or email magic link) for authentication purposes.
Event recommendations
When you interact with events (saving, clicking, sharing, searching, filtering), we build a taste profile based on your preferences for event categories, vibes, and tags. This profile is used to personalize your event feed with a "For You" sort option.
Your taste profile is fully transparent: you can view it at /profile, adjust any scores manually, and delete it entirely at any time. Deleting the profile removes all interaction history and resets recommendations.
