Unsure what is gained by scrubbing data. Also, does the below mean changing data ex-post and basically making it unusable in science

Met President Jimmy Carter in Feb of 2017 while a Fulbright scholar. Still remember his talk, focusing on what binds us together. Inspiring talk that still resonates.

By the way, #Carter was a tech visionary — pioneered data automation in government and installed solar panels on the White House.
