The daily request to review papers outside of my field for suspicious journals I have never heard of is escalating to journals I have never heard of (& appear to be predatory) are getting very rude. But if one responds one may be put on even more lists. Institutional blocking not 100%. Can't win!

Luke Skywalker wouldn't go after him. He'd be wracked with kilt.
One of the greatest things about Australia is the daily discovery of something extra that can kill you. For example, this

The reclusive yet highly-venomous blue-ringed octopus has enough poison inside it to kill 26 humans - and there isn’t a known anti-venom in sight.

In deference to my German friends I have not tried to learn German. They are very worried about my potential Wortspiel.
Not saying I mean to be petty, but I found myself on a 16 hour nonstop flight from Perth to Rome with Luigi, one of the architects of the Australian Parliament House, and I had to mention how I hate the ceiling panels. Luckily, he forgave me.
I'm more interested in the need to wear a hoodie AND a beanie...very cold technogeek corporate culture?

2nd edition of Game Mods book (press.etc.cmu.edu/books/game-m...)? No, it isn't out, but the publisher inquired as to whether I was interested, to a more critical game mods book. Contributors chould be co-authors of the book rather than authors of chapters. Too ambitious? Interested? Drop me a line.

apparently I get to call myself a professor of something. Any ideas? There's quite a few Prof of Digital Heritage, Virtual Heritage is perhaps contentious (well, I have called it an oxymoron), and Immersive Heritage might confuse people.

Gavrinis is the most amazing megalithic site I have been privileged to visit. Taking a boat to reach, you encounter a remarkable concentration of #Neolithic rock art at a single megalithic monument. A deeply powerful & inspiring place.
