Trump is a coward. Zelenskyy, respectfully and forcefully, stands up to Trump; the survival of his country is at stake. Trump bullies, berates and demeans. But we know who is the real weakling and coward here.

One of the UK's most outstanding and courageous journalists. Fearless, astute, brilliant. What a shame that she has not been offered a contract with the new owners of the Guardian and Observer (which I read daily in paper form). Very disappointing and depressing.

NEW: In November, I wrote a Guardian column headlined 'How to Survive the Broligarchy'. Pretty much everything predicted has now come true. What I'm launching today is part handbook, how to protect ourselves? And part manifesto, how to fight back? Please join me.

And while I’m posting about recent publications: I loved this special issue on “After Rights”, edited by Louiza Odysseos & Bal Sokhi-Bulley

Lots of wonderful contributions critiquing and rethinking rights from many different directions. Very much recommended!
