Jamaica Rare Earth Project (JamREP) — a values-based U.S.–Jamaica partnership convened by Rare Earth Advisors, LLC Jamaica stands at a hinge moment. For generations the island powered the world’s aluminum industry; today, the very residues of that era—vast red-mud repositories—could help power something entirely new: a clean, resilient, Caribbean-centered critical-minerals supply chain that serves Jamaica, the wider region, and the United States.
