I am deeply saddened to report the passing of Brandon Valeriano (@drbvaler.bsky.social). Brandon was a trailblazer in evidence-based cybersecurity in International Relations. I will miss his insight, intellectual curiosity, friendship and dinner invites. RIP, brother.
