Hey @jaketapper.bsky.social, I'm no expert on cognitive illnesses, but it feels a bit detached from reality for a sitting POTUS to forget that he was in power during an attack on the U.S. Capitol, doesn't it? Do you know anyone in journalism with experience covering dementia-like symptoms?
I will never vote for another candidate who is not committed to radical healthcare reform. That means, as a threshold, not taking campaign bribes from ins cos. The sleaze factor among politicians is beyond palpable.
America is proud of their unaffordable health care system. Each year it becomes more so and both sides, who have little incentive to change anything, bicker back and forth while ultimately doing nothing.

Eliminate insurance companies, none of which provide a cent of value; the pharmacy vendor managers have to go; sam with hospital value analysis committees- all interlock $$$ out of the system while returning nothing of value.
