Abortion is still legal and available in Wisconsin.

The Trump regime snuck abortion restrictions into the big billionaire bill, which is now law. However, two independent clinics in Milwaukee County will continue to provide abortion care.

We believe county sheriffs in Wisconsin are legally prohibited from holding individuals on administrative detainers for ICE, so we're suing to challenge the practice.

We'll use every tool at our disposal to defend the rights of immigrants.

At least four Wisconsin sheriffs' departments — Brown, Dodge, Douglas, and Sauk County — are paid jailers for the deportation machine.

Being undocumented is not a crime, yet we're seeing families split apart and frequent violations of due process rights.

Wisconsin county sheriffs are paid per diem to hold people for ICE in these facilities: Brown County Jail ($70), Dodge County Jail ($100), Douglas County Jail ($75), and Sauk County Jail ($106).

Yesterday's Supreme Court decision endangers our communities and subjects people to immigration stops simply because of the color of their skin, occupation, or the language they speak.

This fight isn't over. Our right to live free from racial profiling is fundamental.
