It's a well-established, uncontroversial fact amongst *actual researchers of violent extremism* that the vast majority of that violence is done by white supremacist and far-right actors in the United States.

The bill would reauthorize the program for six years, set up a 17-person oversight board and provide up to $72 million a year for new projects.
