Apparently, the testimony of 40 minors was not enough to convince then U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta (later a Trump appointee) to prosecute Jeffrey Epstein.

This is one of the biggest cover-ups of our generation. @oversightdemocrats.house.gov won't stop until the truth comes to light.

Very, very red male cardinal expressing "maximum borbage" shape. Body nearly round as a pom-pom or a Christmas ornament. He sits on a crooked branch in the falling snow. The red is a bold contrast against the white. The dark square of his face surrounding the orangey beak is so dark, the bird appears to have no eyes, just shadowy scrutiny pointed in your direction. The bird looks quite serious, with the exception of the tiny little glib flip of its feathers at the top of its head. One wonders if that is on purpose, or if it annoys the bird, like the way a middle-schooler's hair in the morning before school is never quite right, and always a frustration. Here is something interesting I came across while editing Wikipedia. The island of Orkney supplied a lot of men for the Hudson Bay Company in the 1700s and 1800s. Some of them married native women in Canada and a few of those men even returned to Orkney with children. 🗃️
