I love how it's shot, the writing is excellent, the acting all round is excellent...the story obviously has me SO angry. It shows some of the worst of human behaviour in what is supposed to be a 'civilised' society. Injustice buttons pushed.

That was the point. The Toymaker is a racist twat (back in 1st era and now) so instead of dressing a white man as an Asian man, RTD chose to make him do shit accents as part of his racism (his comments towards the guy at the beginning about the warm climates is another one)
