You just answered yourself. Your home is too humid. Open the windows when cooking (esp if there is steam) and after showering. Basic physics.
That AI video must be the most unhinged meta thing I've ever seen: sh*t depicting a giant sh*t sh*thing sh*t.
Well, all the roads leading to Rome were clearly one-way...right? 😂

So many jokes going around all my social media things right now about the prez' neck and what bothers me the most about it? They compare it to a vagina.

People! It looks like a vulva!

A vulva!

Get your anatomy right, please.
Roughs for my next picture book...Currently waiting for feedback.

And have you seen the new picture book by author-illustrator Keira Knightley? 👀

I think there should be an imprint called Star Fucker Books that only signs celebrities and social media stars. I mostly think the purpose is for big 5 publishers to have the odd famous person at their events and for their corporate promos.
No work for months and then ALL the work AT ONCE. Thankful to past me for all the afternoon naps I've taken.

One of the things about this study is that a lot of baby and toddler books are written in house, by editors. So the study reveals the whiteness of editorial in kidlit even if not explicitly. But, big picture, this trend is unacceptable. I remember so many promises www.theguardian.com/books/2025/o...
‘Catastrophic decline’ in Black representation in children’s books
A report by charity Inclusive Books for Children found that of the 2,721 books surveyed, only 51 featured a Black main character, down by 21.5% since 2023

Went to see Éiru, Cartoon Saloon's latest short, last night. So so good. 13 minutes of beautiful entertainment packed with meaning, from fellow compatriot Giovanna Ferrari. #éiru

Damn. This is amazing. £325 per week, paid monthly, for 3 years - and the result was a profit for the Irish economy:

I've also delivered the roughs for my next picture book this morning, almost a whole week ahead of deadline. And today was supposed to be a day off as I did I live event yesterday. Relax is my second name...not.
Today I made a whole new section on my website which is basically an entirely new website. Because my creative career has taken a new route yet again... and so now I probably should add website design to my skills and services. No, I won't, I'm joking. I'm a creative octopus, though 🐙

For the love of all that is good in the book world, please work with real-life illustrators, cover designers and other creatives. In the UK, they are absolutely the best in the world.
One that was called "The Young Naturalist", highly illustrated kids' guide, it was divided in habitat sections (alpine, countryside, river, seaside) and it covered everything from animal poos to clouds. I was also a huge fan of flowers and trees pocket guides to identify them during hikes.
I'm working on the roughs of my next picture book and I'm just looooooving it so much. Pencils are my favourite part of making a children's book: the research, the layouts, the problem solving, the potential of expanding the narrative...✨️💫 it's magical 💫✨️

OBAMA: It's fair to say that 80% of the world's problems involve old men hanging on who are afraid of death and insignificance, and they won't let go. They build pyramids, and they put their names on everything. They get very anxious about it.
