From what I read, the case is a shambles given that James collected next to no rent in all the years her relative lived in the house and has spent some extended time in it, so I'm guessing that Bondi and co don't want their fingerprints on a case that's doomed.

This shutdown is about many things but to first order: Republicans want to let poor people and folks in rural areas especially to struggle to live.

They want to leave people to die.

Call your Senators and insist they do not vote for any funding bill that does not restore the Medicaid cuts.

If you choose to eat meat, there's plenty of animals raised for that purpose. Hunting animals in the wild to suit your special tastes, or even worse for sport, is, to me, wrong. Obviously it isn't to you, but in my mind, it's not "completely okay," and your saying it is doesn't make it so.
