IT HAS BEGUN:

"WTF is WRONG WITH YOU?!!"
"It was dirty!!"
"I've had that pan FOR TWENTY YEARS!!!"

The "pan" in question... a CAST IRON skillet. "NANA'S SKILLET!!!" The home has devolved into open-window profanity. Members of Gen Y & Z laugh and smoke weed. Gen A is suspiciously absent. 🤔😆

When I went home to Mississippi last week, a Black farmer welcomed folks to pick greens from his land for free. It made me wonder whether other communities across the country were also giving back ahead of the holiday.

The answer: yes, they are.

From my anecdotal experience, this is absolutely true
Police have access to massive surveillance networks that track the public whether they are suspects or not. That means probably for every 1 officer caught using the system to harass or spy on people they have feuds with, ex's, activists, journalists, there are probably 100 more we don't know about.

Guys like that are just afraid they're gay... The same "alphas" that can't make 'wine night' will happily play grab-ass on a field, take days-long camping trips, and share sensual stories with "THE BOYS"... 🤷‍♂️
So many men go through life like that. You can play poker because it's right-coded, you can't enjoy fruity alcoholic drinks because they're women-coded, you can't lick an ice cream cone because it's gay-coded. All day, every day, choosing and judging things based on coding for narrow norms.

Why do "pro-life" folk always move like 'death' in Final Destination???

Faithfulness to a book is not an index of quality in a film adaptation.

A movie is a different beast.

Degrees of fidelity to source material are just that: degrees of fidelity. It doesn't link to how good (or bad) the cinema experience is.

"I've read the book!" is often why we bring up faith.

If I’m understanding this correctly, X is owned by a white nationalist who pays poor people of color in developing countries to pretend to be working class white Americans to scare other white Americans into being afraid poor people of color from developing countries are going to ruin America?

Unhoused people are not "People with zero source of income."

Unhoused people are "People whose source of income is not enough to acquire and maintain a house."

In 2025, you can have a job, and through unseen events (wildfire, medical debt, temporary loss of income, arrest) lose your housing.
