I'm sure many people have mentioned this, but I think it needs to be mentioned again: women do not have yearbooks. Children do. Because yearbooks contain photos of high school students. Or younger.
This is a nuts story. An AI chatbot and image platform left millions of images exposed. They show what people are actually using the AI for: taking random women's yearbook, graduation, and social media photos and making super realistic hardcore porn with them

Some things are "incorrect" in the CORRECT way... mispeaks, misnomers, misspellings, assumptions, presumptions, logical fallacies, magical thinking, etc... I like to write those flawed character moments. It makes stories feel REAL and WEIGHTY.

Me: Format is important *BUT* it won't save a sloppy story.

Friend(?): YOU DON'T THINK FORMAT'S IMPORTANT?!?!?!!!

Me: That's not what I-

Friend: Yes, you did!! YOU SAID [INSERT MISQUOTE]!!!

*sighs*

I like to write the broken pieces. The ideas may not make the final story (or even the draft), but the juice is usually worth the squeeze... just gotta wait to 'acquire the taste' and/or for a proper narrative pairing.

Highly recommend Alison C. Rollins book "Black Bell".

The title refers to four poems that appear in the book at intervals (among many other poems, illustrations, and diagrams) that were written in tribute to the woman featured in the archival illustration "A Woman with Iron Horns and Bells On".
