Darren White would be a nightmare for ABQ and we have to do what we can to make sure he doesn’t make the runoff. I hope we can debate real policy in November, not who counts as human.

I am definitely strong in favor of Alex in the election or a runoff between the two, but I am prepared to vote for Keller if Alex doesn’t make the runoff. I worry Keller in a runoff against White won’t get the turnout we need to beat him (my #1 priority)

I was trying to see if I could find a cute plus-size vote dress I could wear to class on Election Day (in November and the likely runoff in December) to remind people to vote in the mayoral election and I found results that range from “slutty suffragette costume” on Amazon to “literally $4200 dress”

The meeting was supposed to start at 9, they kicked us out at 9:12, and now we are still waiting for host to start the meeting. I feel bad for everyone involved. I canceled my whole morning to do this. I wonder if they’re doing the hearing in Santa Fe without the zoom participation?

Also, ABQ and I’m sure other cities have been having issues with “zoom bombing” and non consenting exposure to pornography, so a zoom with a cohort of people who almost certainly have young children with them is one I would not allow all members of the public to have camera/unmute powers personally

It’s been like 10 minutes and it now says waiting for a host to start the meeting. I didn’t go to Santa Fe today because they said if you wanted to guarantee participation, you should participate on Zoom.
