All I can say is that he looks extremely unhealthy - flushed, puffy, over weight. Walking is sometimes halting.
He often looks as though it is hard to stay awake.
His behaviour is often inappropriate. He doesn't seem to follow what is going on. His speech is rambling and off the point.
