Excellent blog from a family doctor in Canada who primarily serves marginalized communities. She outlines multiple examples of death via MAiD that were questionable (at best)

This paper re palliation in advanced heart failure caught my eye. In particular, table 6 summarises the potential symptom benefits both of continuing and of stopping (4th column) each class of heart failure medicine
