I develop adult video games on Steam. I can't find a bank that will actually let me withdraw my money from Steam. Can I get some advice?
Game has sold quite well on Steam. I've got almost £90,000 ready to withdraw after Steam's cut + VAT taken off.

However, it's been 2 months now and I can't find ANY bank in the UK who will let me withdraw my money from Steam.

I've been banned/refused/unable to get a business account with:

Wise
Revolut
Monzo
Monese
Chase
Starling
Nationwide
Halifax
Barclays
Lloyds
RBS

It always comes down to, "Where did you get this money from?"

"It's coming from games I sell on Steam."

"Can we see the store page?"

"Sure."

"I'm sorry, we can't do business with you at this time."

It keeps coming down to a commercial decision purely because I make adult content.

What the hell am I supposed to do? I've pretty much exhausted the whole banking system. I just want to be able to be paid for products I've sold.

There's a UK adult games creator on reddit who's been rejected from 36(!) and counting UK banks and unable to process the earned £90,000. Debanking for adult creators continues to be a real threat.

The way it zooms around and shows different perspectives, from intimate details of bones crushing etc to kind of the bird's-eye/god's eye view, to the kind of battle of the wits on Olympus to the individual despair/frustration pettiness, is incredibly good. And lots and lots and LOTS of dying

#iliad I'll be honest I'm having a good time nonetheless but it's nice that the action is ramping up again after several chapters of just "and then the Greeks got the upper hand...then the Trojans....then the Greeks again" but I do say they do work to keep it interesting during that time

For all the clamor about the other major characters, Sarpedon gets a LOT of focus! He is the first major character to get killed by Patroclus and kind of the Crux of Zeus' slight conflict, affection, and decision. It's kind of an echoing/foreshadowing of what will happen to Patroclus as well

Once again the Zeus and Hera Live Commentary is always a little funny but a little dark. Zeus is like "nooo my dear son Sarpedon is fated to die by Patroclus....should I rescue him :(" and Hera is like " Ur gonna set a bad precedent" and reiterates to give him "the price of honor due the dead"
