The problem w/ our judiciary, there’s no enforcement mechanism w/o the DOJ utilizing the Federal Marshal Service. At least on the federal level. State courts are a different story.

The Trump Regime will NEVER have Federal Marshals enforce judicial decisions they don’t like.

I got to speak w/ Wes tonight, my very good friend who has stage 4 terminal cancer, for nearly 3 hours. I consider him my 4th kid. He was my son’s partner for 12 years, & over that time, we’ve lived together for about 8 years. He’s such a special person. I’m honored to know him. 💔😘

I just heard several helicopters flying over my condo in Portland, OR. Is ICE going to rappel into some apartment building tonight to roust people out of their beds?

Also, my son saw about 30 unmarked federal vehicles leaving the underground garage of the federal building in downtown PDX today.😳

I keep wondering…where do WE as US citizens go when we are refugees from OUR totalitarian state? We can’t go south b/c who THERE would welcome us after what we’ve done? And north?
